You must be 18 years or over to order from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you are. ID may be requested on delivery or on collection, and an order may be refused or refunded where age cannot be confirmed. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18 and we do not market to minors.

The products sold here are smoking accessories, intended for use with legal herbs and loose leaf tobacco. We do not sell nicotine vaping products, nicotine e-liquid, or tobacco. Nicotine vaping products in Australia are prescription only and are dispensed through pharmacies.

Use of any product in a manner contrary to the law in your state or territory is your responsibility. Nothing on this site should be read as encouragement to use any product unlawfully, and nothing on it is medical advice.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices and stock availability can change without notice, and an order is accepted when we send a confirmation email rather than when payment is submitted. Where an item turns out to be unavailable after payment, we contact you and refund in full rather than substituting something else.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including where stock is unavailable, where a pricing error is obvious, where age cannot be confirmed, or where delivery is restricted at the destination. Payment is by bank transfer or PayID, quoting the order ID as the reference, and an order is dispatched once that payment has cleared.

Delivery times quoted are Auspost estimates rather than guarantees, and delays inside the Auspost network are outside our control. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide. Providing an incorrect address is your responsibility, although we will always try to help recover a misdirected parcel.

Address changes and cancellations are possible within approximately two hours of ordering, before the shipping label is printed. Full detail is on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Change of mind returns are offered in addition to those rights, within 30 days on unused items in original packaging, with return postage at your cost. Dry herb vaporisers carry a three year manufacturer warranty serviced in Adelaide.

Content on this site, including product copy and photographs, belongs to Smoke Shop AUS Pty Ltd or its makers and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Product descriptions, dimensions and weights are given in good faith and as accurately as we can, and handmade items vary between pieces, particularly studio glazes and cast finishes.
