Everything else, including questions about which size to buy, is answered fastest by phone during opening hours. Two people run both the counter and the website, so email gets a reply the same day we are open and within one business day otherwise.

Post or bring in anything that needs repairing and we will either fix it at the counter or send it back to the workshop that built it. Grinders and dispensers are usually same day. Vaporisers under warranty go to Adelaide, which adds about a week each way, and we tell you the expected turnaround before you send anything.
