About Smoke Shop AUS, an Australian Online Vape Shop
Smoke Shop AUS is an online vape shop run out of a shopfront at 14 Bannister St, Fremantle. We hold our own stock and pack every order ourselves.
What We Sell
The range covers disposable vapes from IGET, Alibarbar, Bimo, Gazoo, Groo, HQD, Bulubulu and Al Fakher, refillable hardware from Vaporesso and Uwell, and the THC vape and edible ranges.
Everything we list is genuine stock bought in and warehoused by us. Nothing is drop shipped, which is why a product showing as available is a product physically on the shelf rather than a line on a supplier feed.
That matters most on the brands people counterfeit. Fake IGET and Alibarbar devices circulate widely in Australia, and the only reliable defence is buying from a seller who holds what it sells.
How Orders Are Handled
Orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are dispatched the same afternoon. Perth and Fremantle addresses move fastest because the stock is already in Western Australia, and the eastern capitals follow on tracked standard post or next business day on express.
Every parcel is tracked from the warehouse to the door and packed in plain satchels with a neutral sender name. Nothing on the outside describes what is inside.
Payment is by bank transfer or PayID, and orders are packed once payment clears. Delivery options and timings are set out on the shipping and returns page.
Where to Find Us
The shopfront is at 14 Bannister St, Fremantle WA 6160, open Thursday to Sunday, 11am to 6pm AWST. The warehouse behind it is where online orders are picked.
If something arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it. Two of us run the place, so during opening hours the phone is usually the fastest answer.
Common questions
Is Smoke Shop AUS an Australian business?
Yes. We operate from a shopfront and warehouse at 14 Bannister St, Fremantle WA, and every order ships domestically rather than from overseas. That is what keeps delivery to days rather than weeks and avoids any customs hold.
Is the stock genuine?
Yes. Everything is bought in and warehoused by us rather than drop shipped from an unknown source. If anything about a device you receive looks wrong, contact us and we will replace it.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are dispatched the same afternoon, tracked to any address in Australia. Perth is fastest because the stock is already in Western Australia.
